Media Escorts
To protect the privacy and confidentiality of our patients, all members of the media must be escorted by a Marketing representative or designee, a security officer or the nursing administrator.
Interviews
The Media Relations Staff is available to respond to members of the media to respond to inquires and requests. In addition to assisting you with information for a news story, we are pleased to assist you with the following:
- News releases
- Fact sheets
- Information on health-related topics
- Photographs and digital images
- Interview scheduling with a Baptist Health Care administrator, staff member, patient or physician on staff
After-hours calls
The Baptist Health Care media pager is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Baptist Marketing staff. Our staff of experienced professionals makes every effort to return pages promptly and assist media inquiries as best as possible, following company policies and HIPAA guidelines. Reporters needing information before or after regular business hours, should call the Baptist Health Care Media Pager at (850) 494-8633.
